The County Clerk's office is responsible for land records, elections and voter registration, marriages, accounting, liquor licenses, recording, budgeting, accounts payable, human resources, payroll, indigent services, veteran services and passports. The County Clerk is also Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners and Clerk of the District Court. The Clerk's staff provides all services in an Efficient, Accurate and Transparent manner
