Building Regulations
Title 6 of the Teton County Code deals with buidling regulations.
The Board of County Commissioners, at their March 22, 2021 Public Hearing, adopted the 2018 I Codes, with amendments, by amending Title 6 - Building Regulations. This includes the 2018 IBC, 2018 IRC, 2018 Existing Building Code, 2018 Energy Conservation Code, 2018 IMC, 2018 Fuel Gas Code and 2018 IFC.
Code books are available to view in the Building Department office in the County Courthouse. We do not have extra copies to loan out. All of the codes are available to purchase from the International Code Council on their website www.iccsafe.org.
