Title: Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for ASAP Start

Announcement: The Teton County Idaho Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is seeking to hire a Civil Deputy for a full-time, salaried position.  Duties include, but are not limited to, providing counsel to county officials on civil and administrative issues, contract review, ordinance drafting, handling public information requests, prosecuting civil forfeiture actions, handling administrative warrants and appeals, and handling other tasks as needed.  Prior experience with municipal and civil advisory work is strongly preferred. The pay range for this position is $82,617-$96,054, commensurate with experience.
