Meet the Deputy Prosecuting Attorneys
Lauretta Welch – Outside Counsel, Prosecution
Welch Law PC provides select prosecution services for the Teton County Office of the Prosecuting Attorney, including prosecuting misdemeanor and juvenile cases and representing the office on the Teton County Drug Court. Owner and attorney, Lauretta Welch, has over 15 years of litigation experience in the state and federal courts of Idaho and Wyoming. She earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, Samford University. She also holds a B.A. from Georgia Southern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Wyoming. Welch Law PC is pleased to offer its expertise and services to the Teton County, Idaho community.
Weston S. Davis – Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
As Chief Civil Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Mr. Davis handles civil advisory matters for Teton County. Mr. Davis has over 11 years of experience performing civil advisory work for Idaho Counties. In addition to serving Teton County, he serves as civil deputy prosecuting attorney for Bonneville County, and is a partner at the law firm of Nelson Hall Parry Tucker, PLLC. Mr. Davis earned his J.D. from the University of Idaho and his B.A. from Brigham Young University.
