New Land Development Code Guide
You've come to the right place to find Permit Info, Fees, and the Applications for newly adopted Land Development Code for Teton County
Planning & Zoning requires an application to Teton County for any matters that would change the existing land use or zoning according to the Land Development Code. All applications can be found on the forms page under Planning and Zoning Department. Fees for applications are available on the fee page also under Planning and Zoning Department. If the application requires a pre-conference, that must be completed first. All applications and materials should be submitted physically to 150 Courthouse Drive, Room 107, Driggs Idaho 83422 and digitally to Planning Staff.
